My favorite tea time snack is Butter Gulkhand Sandwich. It's so easy and quick to make that I can eat it everyday :) It provides a lot of energy and is good for health... It's my super snack. Here's how you make it:
Ingredients:
Wheat bread -------- 4 slices
Butter----------------2 table spoon
Gulkhand-----------2 table spoon

Method:
- Cut the sides of the bread.
- Spread generous amount of butter on one side of each slice
- Spread two table spoonful of gulkhand on one slice
- cover the butter spread slice on top of the gulkhand spread slice
- Cut the sandwich into half diagonally and enjoy the delicious snack :)
Cool! I have never tried bread with gulkhand.
